Promoting traditional livestock farming, we strongly believe in an artisanal and organic food production that is respectful of our natural environment.
We are located on the Mas el Pujol de Dachs traditional Catalan farm in Les Lloses, El Ripollès, a farm that has long-time been dedicated to milk production.
In 1993 we decided to start making our own cheeses and thereby close this cycle of production.
Our goal is to forge a connection between the producer and the final consumer that allows the producer to obtain a fair price for his labour and the consumer
to be sure of the quality and origin of his or her purchase.
